- If you know someone who is experiencing domestic abuse, listen to and support them.
- Tell them there are people who want to help.
- Learn about domestic abuse and what causes it.

- Write to your councillor, MSP or MP. Ask them what they are doing to stop domestic abuse. Use writetothem.com or download our letter template.
- Join the White Ribbon campaign for men and boys who want to speak out against domestic abuse.
- Tell us what you have done to stop domestic abuse.
